Oh!! Yeah you'd definitely feel going up 7.5 main
jet!! You probably won't need to go past 145 or
slim chance of 150 unless you change the airfilter.
Something you can do if you don't want to rip out
the airbox is take the snorkel off of it. It's on
the top under the seat. People report nice gains
by doing this, but again more air means you need
more fuel, and possibly need to get it all out
quicker as well, which your doing already with the
Raask pipe. I just don't think the stock air box
design does a very good job of keeping the dirt out
of the engine so I prefer to hose clamp a filter
right onto the carb. That way nothing but good
clean air gets in. Consider getting rid of the
charcoal box under the bike. All it does is restrict
and I assume that you want performance since you
bought the Raask pipe. Theyre are no negative
effects getting rid of it at all other then pollution.
Don't forget if you do it to plug the line off the
carb and run the line of the tank straight to the
atmospere. My carb only breathes through the filter
and the bike pulls HARD!! By the way, my bike seems
to pull harder when not completely warmed up but
not completely cold, which tells me it likes to be
a little bit leaner, so I'm going down to the 155
main jet from 160 main jet.
